We work hard to ensure all orders are dispatched as soon as possible.  All orders will be processed within 2 days (usually within 1 day).

 

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders.

Deliver charges for Europe Zones 1/2/3 - £7.49

World Zone 1 - £8.95

World Zone 2 - £9.75

World Zone 3 - £9.45

If in doubt; delivery charges will automatically be calculated at checkout.

 

All UK and International orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are sent tacked delivery.

Royal Mail expected shipping times are as follows:

• United kingdom - UK Tracked 48: delivery aim 2-3 Business Days 

• Europe - International Tracked: delivery aim 3-5 Business Days

• Worldwide - International Tracked: delivery aim  5-7 Business Days (please allow up to 15 working days for delivery)

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Once dispatched we expect your order to arrive within 6-15 working days via a tracking service. Orders shipped may be subject to import duties charged by the courier, We recommend checking import charges for your chosen country. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped by us. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays. 

All orders are tracked. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it is available. Bank Holidays and weekends do not count as business days for shipping delivery estimates.

Once orders are packed and shipped we will be unable to cancel or amended your order however our full refund promise applies if you are not happy with your product for any reason.
