We make every effort to display our jewellery gifts as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of some items and the variations in screen displays, the colours, sizes, and details of the products may slightly differ from the images shown.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

 

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund or offer an alternative product.

Ordering

When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide are accurate and complete.  It will also be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Once an order is placed, we will send you an acknowledgment email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

 

By placing an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to ANGELOFMINEJEWELLERY LTD to purchase the products listed in your order under the specified terms. To process your order, we will need your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment details (credit/debit card or PayPal). This information is necessary to complete your order and notify you of its acceptance. We request a contact phone number in case we need to reach you regarding any issues with your order. Please note that we may be unable to fulfil our obligations if the product you ordered is out of stock, we are unable to process your payment or there is a pricing or product description error.

We aim to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee them due to potential external delays. We will not be liable for any loss caused by delays outside of our control.

If there is an issue with your order, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email. Please ensure you inspect all items upon receipt, as any faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your order details and payment information, we cannot be held liable for any loss incurred if a third party gains unauthorized access to the information you provide when using the Angel Of Mine website.

Delivery charges will be applied based on the destination of your order.

Payment

 Payment must be made in full before we dispatch any goods. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store payment details.

 

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the jewellery has not been worn or altered. To cancel, please email us at our "Contact Us" page with your order details.

 

Exemptions

Some products are exempt from cancellation, including custom-made, personalised, or bespoke items.

Returns

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we will be more than happy to help you should you wish to return your item.  If you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us (within 30 days of receipt) so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.

Jewellery Warranty

Warranty Coverage

All jewellery purchased from ANGELOFMINEJEWELLERY LTD is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

What is Covered

The warranty specifically covers:

Defects in the metal or gemstone setting

Loose or missing stones due to workmanship issues

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading

Damage due to mishandling, accidents, or misuse

Loss or theft of the jewellery

Claiming Your Warranty

If your claim is valid, we will repair or replace the defective item free of charge, subject to availability.  If your piece is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.
